Balkan International is the trading name used on this website by Балкан Интернешънъл Би.Ай. – ЕООД, VAT number BG206214632, registered address: 39 Tsar Simeon Street, floor 1, apartment 2, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria. The company name, VAT registration and address were returned by the European Commission VIES service on 6 October 2026. That check does not verify a bank account, signing authority or an individual seller.

Website requests and contracts

The website helps customers request vehicle sourcing, documentary checks, assessment, inspection coordination, purchase support, finance assistance, transaction review, logistics, parts, upgrades, after-sales and business services. Submitting a form creates an enquiry only. It does not reserve a vehicle, accept an order, confirm a payment, authorise a purchase or engage a third-party provider.

Before paid work, the parties confirm in writing the service, vehicle, deliverables, price, taxes included or excluded, timing, applicable cancellation information and any separate provider terms. A vehicle purchase, transport booking, finance agreement or parts order requires its own agreed commercial terms. A seller's availability or price can change before an agreed reservation or purchase.

Evidence and limitations

Checks distinguish verified facts, supplied information and unavailable or pending information. A VIN report is not a guarantee of complete vehicle history. A documentary assessment is not a physical inspection. Neither the website nor a request guarantees a defect-free vehicle, finance approval, a discount, profit, tax amount, delivery date, seller solvency, warranty coverage or a successful transaction.

Buyer Shield, Deal Watch, Compare 3 Cars, dealer-margin review and real-cost review are review services until actual verified integrations and evidence support particular results. Tax, VAT, customs, registration and homologation amounts are supplied only with a verified basis. Estimates are identified as estimates and do not replace competent authorities' decisions.

Customer responsibilities

Provide accurate contact and vehicle information, only upload documents you are entitled to provide, and notify us of relevant corrections. Do not upload passwords, card authentication codes or unnecessary identity/financial documents. Never treat unexpected changed bank details as confirmed solely because they arrived by message; independently reconfirm them using an established contact channel.

Prices, payment and cancellations

The pre-purchase assessment costs €99 in total, including VAT. Its scope, 60-day purchase credit and withdrawal/cancellation rules are explained in Service Terms and Cancellation and Refund. Other services require an agreed quote. Website submission itself is not a payment obligation. Read Payment Terms before transferring funds.

Parts and third parties

VIN-dependent parts follow request, compatibility check, quote and order. No fitment is guaranteed from a photograph or general model description alone. Inspectors, carriers, lenders, customs professionals, workshops and warranty providers may have separate contracts. Their identity, scope, price and required data sharing are disclosed before commissioning; service-specific responsibility follows the actual contract and mandatory law.

Access, complaints and mandatory rights

Invitation-only My Balkan access starts after the administrator's security setup and individual account approval. Each customer uses a separate account, password and authenticator or private recovery code; there is no public registration. Customers see only assigned records and must keep credentials confidential. First-phase access covers case updates, vehicle information and messages; document uploads/downloads are unavailable. Records reflect actual staff updates and do not automatically reserve or buy a vehicle, confirm a payment or provide live tracking. Report suspected access problems or loss of the authenticator to the company contact. Recovery requires identity review; staff do not request your current authenticator codes or password.

Send complaints to info@balkan-international.com or the complaint form and keep the case reference. Nothing in these terms excludes mandatory consumer, data-protection or other non-excludable rights, or remedies for fraud, intentional misconduct or liability that the applicable law does not permit us to exclude. Applicable law and jurisdiction follow the relevant mandatory rules and any legally valid written service contract. Changes to website terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter an existing agreed contract.

Five-day purchase window after customer approval

After the customer gives their express OK to proceed with a specific assessed vehicle, the purchase must proceed within five days of that OK, provided the vehicle remains available. Availability is checked with the actual seller; the assessment and the customer's OK do not themselves reserve the vehicle or guarantee it will remain available for five days.

If the vehicle becomes unavailable, Balkan International restarts the process from sourcing for another suitable vehicle, including new vehicle-specific checks, assessment, any agreed inspection and the remaining purchase stages. The replacement is presented for the customer's approval, and any new assessment scope, price or order terms are agreed before work or purchase. Prompt customer replies reduce the risk that the selected vehicle is sold elsewhere, but do not guarantee availability. The five-day window is not a reservation. There is no automatic purchase of a substitute, no new automatic charge and no penalty created by this five-day rule. The separate 60-day €99 purchase-credit rule remains applicable under its stated conditions.
