Balkan International is the trading name used on this website by Балкан Интернешънъл Би.Ай. – ЕООД, VAT number BG206214632, registered address: 39 Tsar Simeon Street, floor 1, apartment 2, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria. The company name, VAT registration and address were returned by the European Commission VIES service on 6 October 2026. That check does not verify a bank account, signing authority or an individual seller.

To cancel or withdraw, email info@balkan-international.com with your name, service/case reference and a clear statement that you wish to cancel or withdraw. No special wording is required to exercise a statutory withdrawal right. Keep a copy of your message. Service-specific written agreements may contain additional lawful rights; mandatory rights prevail.
Consumer distance service contracts
For an eligible consumer distance service contract, the statutory withdrawal period is normally 14 days from contract conclusion. If applicable, you may use this optional model notice: “To Balkan International, info@balkan-international.com, 39 Tsar Simeon Street, floor 1, apartment 2, Sofia 1000, Bulgaria: I give notice that I withdraw from my contract for [service], concluded on [date]. Customer name: [name]. Address: [address]. Date: [date].” A signature is needed only if this notice is supplied on paper.
If a valid withdrawal is made before services start, amounts that must be refunded under applicable law are refunded. If you expressly requested an early start during the withdrawal period and later withdraw before completion, a charge for work already supplied is permitted only where the applicable information, express-request and other legal requirements are met, and must be proportionate to the agreed service. A general checkbox is not a blanket waiver.
The withdrawal right for a fully performed service ends only when the legal requirements for that consequence are satisfied, including the required prior express consent and acknowledgment. If those requirements are not met, we do not claim that completing work automatically removes the right. Refunds required by statutory withdrawal are made without undue delay and within the applicable statutory period, normally no later than 14 days after the withdrawal notice, using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without additional fees.
Completed assessment and the decision not to buy
The €99 fee pays for the agreed assessment. Once that assessment has been fully supplied, the customer's decision not to buy the vehicle does not itself create a commercial right to a refund. This rule does not remove statutory withdrawal rights where they remain applicable, or remedies for non-performance, a service not supplied as agreed, or other mandatory consumer rights.
If Balkan International cannot supply the agreed assessment, payment for unsupplied work is refunded. Any partial-performance issue is reviewed against the actual agreement, evidence and applicable law; an unperformed service is not described as completed. Additional work is supplied only if separately agreed.
