The company name, VAT registration and address were returned by the European Commission VIES service on 6 October 2026. That check does not verify a bank account, signing authority or an individual seller.

Essential storage

WordPress uses authentication/session cookies when an authorised user signs in. Essential cookies support authentication and security; logging out or session expiry ends access. Public enquiry forms use short-lived security tokens, server-side rate limits and spam protection. Hosting infrastructure may also use operational security controls.

The localStorage entry bi-privacy-v1 remembers privacy preferences in the browser. It remains until you change preferences or clear browser/site data. You can reopen preferences from the footer and choose essential-only.

Optional services

Website analytics remains disabled. Google translation is optional, off by default and loaded only after translation consent and a language selection. It is disabled for signed-in visitors and My Balkan.

The localStorage entry bi-language-v1 remembers EN, EL or BG until you change your choice, withdraw translation consent or clear browser/site data. The first-party session cookie googtrans records the source/selected language so the translation widget can show that language. Selecting EN or Essential only removes this website cookie. Browser session behaviour may retain session cookies across restored windows.

Google receives connection information and public text used for translation. Google may set its own cookies or use other storage under its Privacy Policy; provider-controlled durations and storage differ from the first-party language selection. We do not represent that provider cookies have one fixed expiry or that Google's processing is limited to the EEA. Previously set third-party cookies can be removed using browser settings.

You can continue using the English website with Essential only. Changing consent stops further Google widget loading and reloads the original English page; it cannot undo an earlier transmission made with your consent.

Invitation-only My Balkan

Customer login uses necessary WordPress authentication/session cookies and server-side security records. Private case access requires a verified authenticator or recovery-code session; a password-only session cannot read cases. The portal requires a new second-factor verification after at most 12 hours, even if a WordPress cookie still exists. Closing the browser does not necessarily log you out; use Log out on a shared device. Authenticator configuration and recovery-code records are described in Privacy Policy. These essential security functions do not enable advertising or analytics.

How we use request details

Balkan International B.I. EOOD uses the contact details and vehicle information you submit to respond to your request. A website request is stored privately for staff handling. Sending a request through WhatsApp or email also uses that provider's service.
