Availability and prices are reviewed for each request. Before an order, the written quote confirms the product, seller, invoice issuer, fulfilment method, delivery charges and applicable return or warranty terms. Direct supplier delivery is agreed only when a supplier can fulfil the request.
Include one item per line: category, part number or specifications, quantity and unit. For vehicle-specific items, include the vehicle details or VIN when available; missing compatibility information must be resolved before ordering.

Submitting creates a private request for internal review. The team confirms scope, availability and any fees before work or an order begins.
