Confirm before paying
Do not pay solely on the basis of a submitted website form. Obtain written confirmation of the agreed service, total price, beneficiary, payment reference and any relevant cancellation information. The assessment total is €99 including VAT. An invoice or other required payment document is provided as applicable. No additional fee is added to the agreed assessment total without a separate agreement for additional work.
Payment instructions must come through the established business contact and be independently reconfirmed if the beneficiary or bank details change. The website does not certify a bank account merely by displaying it. Bank passwords, card PINs, authentication codes and card security details are never requested in the enquiry or case messaging forms.
Payment status and purchase funds
A receipt is evidence to review, not automatic confirmation that funds arrived. Staff update payment status only after reviewing actual payment evidence. Payment for a service does not buy, reserve or create title to a vehicle. Vehicle price, deposits, commission, provider charges and transport payments follow their respective written agreements.
Balkan International is not a bank, payment institution or escrow provider. A transaction-review request does not establish escrow, a protected client-money arrangement or a payment guarantee. Any separate regulated payment service must be identified under its actual provider agreement before use.
