Service and credit terms
Service: The €99 covers research and a written advisory assessment. It is not a deposit, purchase, reservation, mechanical warranty or guarantee that the vehicle remains available.
Credit: The full €99 is credited once against the final vehicle invoice or Balkan International commission when the same customer places a written vehicle order through Balkan International within 60 calendar days after receiving the assessment.
Cancellation: Once research has begun, the fee pays for work performed and is not refundable if no vehicle order follows. If we cannot begin the agreed assessment, we will offer transfer to another vehicle or refund the fee.
Data: Findings depend on information available from listings, sellers, records and third parties. Items not independently verified are marked as pending. Any separate physical inspection or third-party paid report is quoted before purchase.
Immediate performance: By asking us to start after payment confirmation, a consumer expressly requests performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that the withdrawal right may be lost after the service is fully performed.
