Service and credit terms
Service: The €99 total, including VAT, covers research and a written advisory assessment. It is not a deposit, purchase, reservation, mechanical warranty or guarantee that the vehicle remains available.
Credit: The full €99 is credited once against the final vehicle invoice or Balkan International commission when the same customer places a written vehicle order through Balkan International within 60 calendar days after receiving the assessment.
Cancellation: After the agreed assessment has been fully supplied, the €99 pays for that completed work; deciding not to buy the vehicle does not itself entitle you to a refund. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. For a distance service contract, an eligible consumer normally has 14 days to withdraw. Work within that period requires an express early-start request; any lawful charge before completion must be proportionate to work supplied. Withdrawal rights end upon full performance only where the applicable requirements, including express consent and acknowledgment, are satisfied. If we cannot perform the agreed assessment, the fee for unsupplied work is refunded.
Purchase timing: After you give your OK to proceed with a specific vehicle, purchase must proceed within five days, subject to continuing availability. Your OK does not reserve the vehicle. If it becomes unavailable, we restart sourcing and all vehicle-specific checks for another suitable vehicle and obtain your new approval. Prompt replies reduce the risk of losing the vehicle but do not guarantee availability. The separate 60-day purchase-credit rule remains applicable.
Data: Findings depend on information available from listings, sellers, records and third parties. Items not independently verified are marked as pending. Any separate physical inspection or third-party paid report is quoted before purchase.
Immediate performance: An early start requires a separate express request and the applicable acknowledgment. Submitting an enquiry or paying the fee does not by itself waive statutory withdrawal rights.
